how we work

Our Approach

A good digital project doesn't start with design software — it starts with understanding your business. Here's the process we follow from first conversation to long-term support.
Phase 1
Discovery & Consultation

We start with a conversation, not a quote. We ask about your business, your customers, what's currently working, what isn't, your budget range and your timeline — so any recommendation we make is grounded in your reality, not a generic package.

Phase 2
Research & Planning

Before any design work begins, we look at what your competitors are doing, what your customers are searching for, and how your current site or systems are performing — so decisions are based on evidence, not guesswork.

Phase 3
Structure & User Journeys

We map out how visitors will move through your site or system before a single screen is designed — navigation, page hierarchy, and the path from "just browsing" to "customer."

Phase 4
Design

Visual design happens around your brand, not a template we push on every client. You review and approve designs before we write a line of code, so there are no surprises at launch.

Phase 5
Development

We build primarily on Laravel, PHP, MySQL and Bootstrap — a stack chosen for security, long-term maintainability, and wide hosting compatibility across Ghanaian hosting providers. Every build follows secure coding practices from day one, not bolted on at the end.

Phase 6
Testing & Quality Assurance

Every project is tested across devices and browsers, checked for broken links and forms, and reviewed for basic accessibility before it goes anywhere near a live server.

Phase 7
Launch

We handle domain, hosting, SSL, and DNS configuration so your launch is smooth — with a plan for what happens if something needs a quick fix in the first days live.

Phase 8
Training & Handover

You get walked through how to manage your own content — publishing services, updating pages, adding blog posts — so you're not stuck waiting on us for every small change.

Phase 9
SEO & Marketing Setup

Search Console, analytics, and your XML sitemap get submitted at launch — not "someday." If you've added SEO or marketing services, campaigns are set up before we consider the project closed.

Phase 10
Ongoing Support

Launch is the start, not the finish line. We offer maintenance plans for updates, security monitoring and backups, and we're a phone call or WhatsApp message away when something needs attention.

Common Questions About Our Process

How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope — a standard business website usually takes 2-6 weeks, while custom software or larger systems can take longer. You get a specific timeline in your proposal, not a vague estimate.
Do you work with businesses outside Accra?
Yes. We work with clients across Ghana remotely, and can meet in person where it makes sense for the project.
What if I need changes after launch?
That is normal. We offer maintenance plans for ongoing updates, and minor post-launch fixes in the first weeks are part of every project.
