Information we may process
Depending on your relationship with Coriable, information may include identity and contact details, organization and billing information, project and support records, files you choose to provide, account/security records, communication history and first-party website analytics or security telemetry.
Why we process information
We process information to respond to enquiries, deliver contracted services, operate client accounts, manage projects and support, issue proposals and invoices, protect our systems, prevent abuse, meet legal or regulatory responsibilities, improve our services and—where appropriate—send communications you have requested or permitted.
Data minimisation and retention
We aim to collect information that is relevant to a defined purpose and retain it only for as long as needed for that purpose, contractual recordkeeping, security, dispute management or applicable legal requirements. Retention controls may differ by record type.
Security
Coriable uses technical and organisational safeguards including role-based access, privileged MFA support, secure sessions, private document storage, integrity hashing, audit logs, protected integration secrets, encrypted transport and backup/restore controls. No internet system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
Sharing and service providers
We may use approved service providers for hosting, email, SMS, payment processing, accounting, communication, analytics, identity or other operational services. Providers receive only the information necessary for the configured function and remain subject to their own terms and privacy responsibilities.
Your choices and rights
You may contact Coriable to ask about personal information we hold, request correction where information is inaccurate, raise a privacy concern or exercise other rights that apply under Ghanaian data-protection law. Certain records may need to be retained where required for legitimate contractual, legal or security purposes.

Coriable may process first-party website analytics such as pages viewed, anonymous visitor/session identifiers, referrers, campaign tags, browser/device characteristics, approximate country/region/city when supplied by the trusted network edge, and engagement events such as scroll depth or calls-to-action clicked. Form-field contents are not captured by the analytics tracker.
For security, fraud prevention and abuse investigation, source IP addresses may be retained for a limited period in encrypted form, together with request metadata and risk signals. Browser GPS/location permission is not requested by this system. Retention and analytics controls are configurable by Coriable administrators.
