These Terms & Conditions govern access to Coriable’s public websites and digital platforms. Project-specific proposals, statements of work, contracts or service schedules may contain additional terms and will prevail for the relevant engagement where they conflict with these general website terms.

Permitted use

You may use Coriable’s public website for lawful information, enquiry and service-request purposes. Client and staff platforms are private systems and may be accessed only by authorised users using their own credentials.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, using reasonable security measures and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access. Coriable may suspend or disable accounts where security, misuse, contractual or administrative concerns require it.

Proposals, scope and delivery

Pricing, milestones, dependencies, timelines, acceptance criteria and intellectual-property arrangements should be defined in the applicable proposal or contract. Changes outside an agreed scope may require a revised estimate, timeline or change request.

Payments

Invoices are payable according to the applicable commercial terms. Payment-provider availability and processing times are controlled partly by third-party providers. Coriable does not ask clients to disclose full payment-card credentials directly through ordinary support messages.

Intellectual property

Coriable retains rights in its pre-existing tools, know-how, frameworks and reusable components unless otherwise agreed. Rights in commissioned deliverables are determined by the applicable contract and payment status.

Acceptable conduct

Users must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service availability, upload malicious content, abuse APIs, circumvent security controls, impersonate another person or use Coriable systems for unlawful activity.

Availability and limitation

We work to provide reliable services but cannot promise uninterrupted availability of the internet, hosting networks or third-party providers. Any contractual warranties or liability limits are governed by the applicable service agreement and applicable law.
